Gold Medal Gymnast Aly Raisman, divers Steele Johnson and Jordan Windle, boxer Jajaira Gonzalez, and swimmer Sean Grieshop are showcased in the series premiere as they experience personal sacrifices and economic hardships in preparation for the Olympic trials.

The Price of Gold
Nastasya Generalova pursues her goal of becoming the first woman of color in rhythmic gymnastics. Meanwhile, diver Steele Johnson is injured during practice, leaving his family to question if he will even make it to the Olympic trials. And back in Boston Aly Raisman continues to train for the upcoming Classic in hopes of impressing Marta Karolyi, the gymnastics "God."

Blood is Thicker Than Water
As diver Steele Johnson continues to mend from a triceps injury, his family turns to their faith for guidance; boxer Jajaira Gonzalez focuses on losing weight before the Olympic Trials; Aly Raisman struggles balancing training with family obligations; swimmer Sean Grieshop sets his sights on a critical Atlanta meet before suffering surprising news that could jeopardize his Olympic dreams.

After a devastating fall on the uneven bars, Aly Raisman brushes herself off and attempts to win in Hartford; divers Jordan Windle and Steele Johnson prepare for trials in different ways; Nastasya reunites with her half-sister.

Sean Grieshop travels to Atlanta to compete; Steele hopes to redeem himself after a poor showing in the synchro events; Nastasya needs to perform well at her final meet; Jordan continues his emotional visit to Cambodia; Aly recovers from a meet.
