No Guts, No Glory
In the series premiere, a group of recession-hit men from Oregon make a high-risk decision to leave their homes and head north to Alaska in search of gold. With little mining experience and everything on the line, the crew gathers heavy equipment, prepares for the difficult journey, and sets out to build a working gold-mining operation in the Alaskan wilderness.

Gold, Guns and Bears
The greenhorn mining crew continues trying to turn its remote Alaskan claim into a working operation, but the harsh wilderness and their lack of mining experience quickly raise the stakes. As they work to establish camp and prepare the claim, a serious mechanical accident threatens to derail the season before the search for gold can truly begin.

Running Dirt
The Hoffman crew races to finish setting up the mining plant and finally begin running dirt through the operation. As the families arrive from Oregon and question the lack of gold, pressure builds on the inexperienced miners, while illness and rising tension threaten to slow their progress before the claim can start producing.

The Ultimate Price
The Hoffman crew pushes to get the wash plant running and finally start processing dirt, but progress stalls when a code issue threatens their operation. With time slipping away, no gold yet recovered, and their families questioning whether the gamble is worth it, tension builds across the camp as the inexperienced miners face the growing cost of their Alaska dream.

The Pain Barrier
The Hoffman crew's attempt to keep the mine running is disrupted when key equipment malfunctions and brings the operation to a halt. As the setback threatens their already fragile progress, James Harness suffers a serious health scare and Jimmy Dorsey's decisions create more division within the crew.

Gold Fever
With the season slipping away and money running out, the Hoffman crew faces a critical deadline: they must recover enough gold to justify keeping their families in Alaska. As pressure builds, Jimmy Dorsey struggles to get the wave table working properly, threatening the crew's chances of turning their hard work into a meaningful payday.

Going for Broke
With winter closing in and the mining season nearly over, the Hoffman crew is running out of money and options. Todd brings in a gold recovery expert to help the inexperienced miners improve their operation, but new problems are uncovered in the team's equipment setup. Forced to make major modifications with limited resources, Todd takes increasingly desperate measures to keep the season alive.

Bad Blood
With the mining season nearing its end and the crew still struggling to produce meaningful gold, the claim owner brings in a veteran outsider to evaluate the operation and help turn things around. His arrival exposes serious problems with the mine setup and adds new pressure to an already divided crew, forcing the men to confront whether their Alaska gamble can still be saved.

Bedrock or Bust
Desperate to reach bedrock and uncover larger deposits of gold, Todd and Jack push the crew to dig deeper than ever before. With the Alaskan winter closing in, the miners face flooding, cave-ins, and equipment failures as they take greater risks in a final attempt to make the claim pay off.

Never Say Die
The Hoffman crew faces one of its most dangerous setbacks when the glory hole collapses around the 100,000-pound excavator. With the mining season nearly over and the operation still under intense pressure, Jack Hoffman risks his safety in a desperate attempt to recover the machine and keep the crew's gold-mining dream alive.

Full Disclosure
After returning home to Oregon, the Hoffman crew looks back on its first mining season in Alaska and reflects on what went wrong. The special revisits the major setbacks, costly mistakes, and hard lessons from the season, while the miners discuss their future plans and how they hope to improve their chances of finding gold next time.
