Жители нашего Городка любят награды, премии и призы. Причём им нравится всё получать не по заслугам, и это понятно: так у нас сложилось, что «получить по заслугам» означает сесть лет на пять с конфискацией, а кому это может нравиться? Однако горожане хорошо понимают, что награды, премии и призы зарабатывают упорным трудом, поэтому они больше надеются на лотереи. Ведь для того, чтобы получить, скажем, Нобелевку, надо быть очень умным, а чтобы вытащить счастливый билетик, достаточно быть дураком, потому что дуракам – счастье, а умным – премия.
