Получается такой бартер. Конечно, каждый житель Городка хотел бы поменять свою жизнь, но пока никто не смог найти равноценного обмена. Однако главное в бартере – не найти равноценный обмен, главное в бартере – ни за что денег не платить. Что бы там ни случалось – инфляции, девальвации, революции, а нашим горожанам это всё – по бартеру! Итак, мы вам – новый выпуск «Городок по бартеру», а вы нам – вашу улыбку. Бартер так бартер!
