И не потому, что там трубы, а потому, что люди там собираются и скандалят. И это хорошо: как ещё в современном высотном доме можно познакомиться с соседом, если ты ещё его не залил? А у нас в Городке где люди собрались – там и тепло, потому что тепло идёт не от ТЭЦ к человеку, а от человека к человеку.
