Одним из лучших качеств жителей Городка является честность, а первые слова любого маленького горожанина – «Мама», «Папа» и «Это не я!» Поэтому невинным в нашем Городке считается всё, кроме винных бутылок. Однако здесь есть нюанс. Ни один житель нашего Городка не бывает ни в чём виноват, но любой из них знает, в чём виноваты все остальные. Поэтому происходит интересный феномен: в случае чего с повинной приходит не тот, кто виноват, а тот, кто первым успел про него рассказать. Правда, это не совсем повинная, но это уже детали. Однако на слово в Городке никому не верят. Например, судья никогда не поверит, что вы взяточник, пока вы не дадите ему взятку, и это в нашем Городке тоже называется повинной – ведь человек сам пришёл!
