Городок в переплёте
Всем лучшим жители нашего Городка обязаны книжкам. Когда-то в первую очередь сберегательным книжкам – без них купить всё лучшее просто было бы не на что. Но и обычные книги вызывают у горожан оживлённые дискуссии и большой интерес: если они видят человека, читающего книгу, они говорят друг другу: «Интересно, какого чёрта это ему надо?». Мнения делятся. Одни считают, что пацан выпендривается, чтоб быть не как все. Другие уверены, что этот лох просто не умеет пользоваться компьютером. Третьи думают, что его мама наказала. Четвёртые – что его бог наказал. Это практически единственный вид литературных дискуссий, которые можно услышать в нашем Городке. И это радует – ведь в других городках и таких дискуссий не услышишь, потому что там вообще никто ничего не читает. Такая закономерность привела к неожиданному результату: читателей становится всё меньше, а писателей всё больше. А слово «переплёт», как показывает анализ современной литературы, происходит от слова «переплюнуть». Ну что ж, тогда остаётся только смотреть «Городок в переплёте»!
