Nature abhors a vacuum. There is a distant relative named Andrii, who came from Kyiv to make good money. What was his disappointment when he saw a neglected hotel. The only thing that pleased the guy - the location in the central part of the city. Andrii decides to sell the institution. This is where the spirit of the first Farkash, the founder of Galicia, appears. After that, strange and spooky things begin to happen.
