Dr Libby Pearson dives in to uncover the mystery behind a patient's unexplained stomach pains and troubling bowel changes. Dr Anna McKeogh meets young Cosimo, who has an infected finger causing him all sorts of discomfort. Also, a patient from New Zealand who's just undergone brain surgery comes in struggling to breathe and complaining of pains in his chest.

Scaffolder Luke learns his shoulder pain will mean significant time off work, 9-year-old Aurelien endures wart removal, and 52-year-old Muhammad is rushed to hospital with chest pain.

Episode 5
Veteran patient Horace is suffering from a mix of dizzy spells and heart-related symptoms - Dr George Hawche wastes no time getting to the bottom of things. Young Teddy deals with thirteen mouth ulcers, which leave both his mum and Dr Libby wincing in sympathy. Also, Dr Matt Prestwich refers a young woman with chest pains to a clinic due to her family history.

Episode 6
Dr Libby Pearson sees a patient who has been bitten by a fox - she checks the wound for infection and quickly delivers a tetanus booster. Paramedic Megan sees 88-year-old Irene, whose soaring blood pressure takes a sudden turn as she develops heart palpitations mid-consultation. Also, a young women arrives for her very first smear test.

Episode 7
A war veteran Terence pops in to see Dr Katy Dudgeon about an old biking injury that has come back to haunt them. Dr Libby Pearson is checking on baby Noemi's persistent cough, but a routine question about allergies takes the consultation down a different path. Mahsa visits Dr Katy with fears about her own breast health following her mother-in-law's cancer diagnosis.

Episode 8
Henry arrives at the surgery with an ongoing eye infection that has left him feeling trapped at home and struggling to maintain his social life. Avid walker and bowls player Simon consults Dr George about his severe back pain caused by spinal osteoporosis. Also, 86-year-old Edward pops in to see Paramedic Megan Vickery, seeking guidance on compression stockings for his varicose veins.

Episode 9
Dr Libby Pearson investigates a patient's persistently sore throat, which was relieved temporarily by antibiotics before the symptoms returned, alongside a blistering rash. A mother is concerned about her baby's eyes, which keep crossing. After careful examination, Dr Dudgeon arranges a referral for specialist tests. Also, a patient returns after complications following surgery on a broken arm.

Episode 10
William has been suffering intense knee pain that has now eased, but Dr Libby Pearson suspects arthritis is to blame and arranges an X-ray along with a course of physiotherapy to get him back on his feet. Young footballer Lucas and his mum and his mum are back after a pitch-side accident left Lucas with several stitches in his lip, and a course of antibiotics that needs topping up.

Episode 11
Dr Libby meets Olivia, who is struggling with a persistent skin rash on her legs and chest - possibly being worsened by work-related stress. Also, Dr George also reassures little Philomena, who's come down with chickenpox, and treats Charlie who injured his foot after treading on broken glass at home.

Episode 12
Dr Libby meets Daniel, who has a red, swollen patch of skin, suggesting his newest tattoo is infected. Long-term patient Michael sees Dr Tim about a fast-growing lump in his throat, now the size of a fifty-pence piece. Fabia consults Dr George about constant burping and bitter bile. With her gut clearly under strain, Dr George begins an investigation to uncover which troublesome bacteria may be to blame.

Episode 13
A 53-year-old former typist Cherie arrives at the practice with a painfully swollen hand. Dr Libby Pearson suspects arthritis, but an autoimmune condition could also be to blame. Mark seeks help for his ongoing stomach troubles and Dr George Hawche carries out a careful examination. Also, 76-year-old Corina meets Dr Libby about a rare skin condition that causes constant itching and blisters.

Episode 14
Paula sees Dr Anna McKeogh about a worrying skin lesion on her leg, and after a careful examination, Dr Anna diagnoses it as pre-cancerous. Dr Matt Prestwich checks baby Noah's persistent cough, putting mum at ease. Dr Libby Pearson catches up with Peter, who's struggling with shoulder and back pain. Also, Alexander limps in to see Dr George Hawche after a motorbike accident in Vietnam.

Episode 15
Nicholas comes to see Dr Libby Pearson because of painful testicular swelling. After a thorough examination of the region in question, Dr Libby diagnoses an infection. Dr Libby meets Oliver, who has a large lump on his wrist that is becoming bothersome, and Dr Katy Dudgeon is pleased to see Asghar, who's recovering well after knee surgery.

Episode 16
Dr Libby sees Ihor, who arrives visibly anxious after discovering a lump on his neck 'the size of a ping pong ball'. She offers calm methodical reassurance as she begins investigations. Sharon meets with Dr Tim to discuss the distressing conditions of her council flat, which have sent her stress levels through the roof and her skin painfully dry and irritated.

Episode 17
Steven's painful arthritis is not only affecting his mobility, but also his mental health. David arrives with a mysterious lump in his chest, and young Oscar battles tonsillitis.

Episode 18
Ever-cheerful octogenarian Joyce, who is 'half blind, half deaf and has only got one leg', visits the medical centre to have her remaining foot checked. Dr George Hawche meets young Maya and her dad. Maya has been struggling with persistent constipation, and the family are hopeful today will bring some relief. Amin returns to see Dr Anna McKeogh after coughing up blood.

Episode 19
Dr Anna McKeogh meets Benjamin, a young rugby player nursing a painful sore throat and anxious that a recent hard tackle may have caused internal bleeding. Dr Anna offers reassurance and checks him over thoroughly, before moving on to Kate, whose knee has been throbbing since an injury. Dr George Hawche reviews blood results with Philip, who has been feeling increasingly anxious about his health.

Episode 20
Ninety-three-year-old Doris is in to see Dr Matt Prestwich with a persistent chesty cough and stubborn mucus. Dr Libby Pearson checks in with Parkinson's patient Lisa, accompanied by her devoted daughter and carer Sophie. Dr Katy Dudgeon meets Olena, who has discovered a lump after attending a breast cancer seminar and learning to self-check.

Episode 21
Dr Amir Khan treats a woman who is suffering from severe abdominal pain and has been vomiting blood. He checks Demi over and prescribes some much-needed medication. Dr Samar Shefta meets a carer who is under a great deal of stress, Dr Daniel Caris sees regular patient Jessica about her psoriasis and Nurse Ennis changes the dressings on Antonia's finger, following a nasty accident with a coffee grinder.
