In Jaipur, new recruits prepare for the most important event of the year, a lavish dinner for the Maharaja of Jaipur. As managers work out how to deal with incontinent elephants, the young waiting staff must put on the biggest show of their careers.

Episode 2
The second episode focuses on Oberoi's flagship lakeside hotel in Udaipur. A 340-large team navigate the 1200 metres of underground tunnels that connect their busy departments, catering to suites that cost £1000 a night. The episode follows key staff members as they prepare for a secret marriage proposal, mentor new trainees, and deliver an elaborate royal welcome for VIP guests.

Episode 3
How staff at the Oberoi New Delhi cope with the busiest week in its social calendar. This hotel is like a city within a city, with its own shops, patisserie and hair salon. As international guests descend on the city for India Art Fair, the hotel is also opening a new concept restaurant led by a Michelin-starred chef. Can it satisfy its loyal old guard and also entice Delhi's new moneyed elite?
