Grizzly Bear Cubs and Me - Season 1

Season 1
Wildlife cameraman Gordon Buchanan helps to rehabilitate six orphaned baby grizzly bears into the Russian wilderness.

Episodes

Episode 1
In the first episode, Gordon arrives in the bone-chilling Russian winter, days after six tiny cubs have been rescued. Will they survive the trauma of losing their mothers, and can Gordon and the family help these baby bears survive and return them to nature in just a few months?

Episode 2
There are only ten weeks left before the bears are due to be released into the wilderness, but they are not ready yet. First, they must learn two essential bear survival skills, how to swim and how to forage. Most importantly, they also need to put on enough weight to survive the impending Russian winter alone. Without a mother bear to teach or feed them, it is down to Gordon and the Pazhetnov family of biologists to prepare the orphans for the harsh realities of bear life.

Have I Got News for You
Based on the week's news, Have I Got News for You is fronted by guest hosts and features two regular team captains, Paul Merton and Ian Hislop. Each week the show invites two guests to cast a jaundiced eye over the week's news, resulting in a fast flow of anarchic, spontaneous and hugely entertaining wit and humour. Guests typically represent the world of politics, comedy, show-business and journalism, and are often themselves particularly newsworthy participants. The final touches of Have I Got News for You are put together only hours before recording, allowing guests to comment on the late-breaking news stories of the day.
