I Saw Daddy Hitting Santa Claus
An old Yuletide grudge bubbles back to the surface for young dad Sean Finnerty (Donal Logue). Heaven knows, Sean's impossible father, Walt (Richard Riehle), is never easy deal with, even when he is playing sidewalk Santa - especially after he promises Sean's youngest, Henry (Jake Burbage), that St. Nick will bring the boy a prohibitively expensive toy on Christmas Eve.
The argument between the two men reaches its colorful climax when Sean -- in biblical garb as St. Joseph for a living Nativity scene — completely loses his cool and hurls a tomato at Santa Dad in full view of a horrified crowd. Mayhem involving a crew of infuriated elves quickly ensues.
