Gus sneaks into the prison to visit with Harley and catches her in a intimate moment with Mallet. Harley explains and Mallet gives the couple time to be alone. A.C. visits with Frank who has come to deliver the message that Harley is being transferred to Hell House, the worst correctional facility in the state. Mallet breaks the news to both Gus and Harley and they try to devise a plan to keep Harley from being transferred. A freak electrical storms strands Edmund, Dinah, Cassie, and Jeffrey alongside the road. Cassie is determined to get to Washington DC and talk to Alonzo about Will and she and Jeffrey take off walking. When rain hits, they take shelter in an old abandoned barn. A fallen tree blocks their exit. Dinah fixes the car and Edmund discovers Jeffrey and Cassie. Marina assumes that Danny is leaving to be with Michelle. Danny reassures her that he is packed to go on their trip together. When Marina continues to push Danny about his feelings for Michelle, he admits to Marina ...

Harley and Mallet devise a plan to keep her from being transferred to Hell House. Lena overhears their conversation but Harley sees her and tries to get Lena to see reason and keep what she heard a secret. Even though she feels horrible about doing it, Lena phones Alan and tells him Mallet's plan. Gus returns to the boiler room where he had Alan locked up and finds the room empty. As he hears someone coming his way, Gus hides in the room and catches Olivia outside of the door! Olivia was the one keeping them captive. She downplays the whole ordeal. Bill arrives and defends Olivia's honor. After Gus tells Bill about Harley's recollection of smelling Jasmine perfume the night Phillip was shot, Bill wonders if his wife actually killed Phillip. When they go to question her, Olivia is gone. Reva makes a new friend in a man named Nate and he takes her to the bar he owns called "Outskirts". Tammy and Jonathan spend time together and Tammy realizes that Jon suffers from mild dyslexia. Sandy

Harley is still having a hard time trusting Mallet. Her memories of how much he hurt her in Florida continue to haunt her mind. Mallet asks Harley to put aside the past and, besides, she never answered any of his letters. Harley comments that she never received any letters from him. Later Harley discovers that Frank had secretly intercepted Mallet's letters and kept them from Harley for years. Harley is left speechless, but now sees that perhaps A.C. isn't as bad as she had thought for so long. Gus continues to try to find Olivia, as does Bill. Vanessa asks Bill if he even considered if Gus was right. What if Olivia was Phillip's murderer? Bill rushes off to find his wife and stand by her, no matter what! Alan agrees to help Gus find Olivia. Gus does not know, however, that it was Alan who orchestrated Harley's transfer to Hell House! Buzz tries to get Marina and Lizzie to give Danny and Coop another chance. He later sees the couples tentatively reconcile.

Josh tries desperately to understand Reva's needs. Reva's menopause is causing havoc for her marriage and she only feels herself when she is working at Outskirts with Nate. Josh enters into an agreement with Sebastian and Blake to bring down Alan Spaulding. Josh wants to gain ownership of WSPR and give Reva her television job back, little does he know that she doesn't want it! Jonathan continues to learn the ropes while working at Lewis Construction, and even turns his mother down when she wants him to go play "hookie" with her! Tammy is pleased by Jonathan's ambition. Jon and Sandy are shocked when Tammy announces that she will be working at Lewis during the summer and the "three of them" can spend a lot of time together! Jonathan confides in Tammy that his trust fund is gone and he is now totally broke. Cassie, Jeffrey, Dinah, and Edmund arrive in Washington DC to talk to Alonzo. Edmund makes sure that Cassie doesn't get to see Alonzo and Dinah, trying to help, only makes matters ...

Reva is spending more and more time at Outskirts with Nate and is surprised when Josh walks into the bar and catches her there! She admits that Nate was the man whose hotel room she mistakenly entered the other evening but keeps the fact that she's working there a secret. When Nate questions her about it, she says she doesn't want to share the bar with anyone else, it has become her own "personal space". Harley continues to hide in A.C.'s office at the prison. Alan takes steps to have Harley's transfer happen. After setting up both Mallet and Gus on wild goose chases, Harley is forced to board the transport vehicle. Lizzie catches her grandfather working behind the scenes to hurt Harley and questions him on it. Lizzie thinks he is being cruel and before he can convince her otherwise, Coop arrives.
