Crispy Braised Pork Shanks with Fried Caper and Lemon Gremolata makes an eye-catching entree, while Roasted Garlic Jalapeno Cheese Grits up the flavour ante with an exciting twist on a familiar side dish. Cabernet Sauvignon wine perfectly complements the special menu.
