Loco for My Moco
Guy Fieri cooks up a comfort food meal, island style. Guy Fieri is always experimenting with global flavors, and today he's bringing several of his favorites together in one meal! His Spicy Tuna Flatbread combines the sushi bar favorite, spicy tuna, with an Italian favorite, pizza! His Tri-Color Beet Salad has a world of flavors and textures: sweet beets, crunchy pepitas, and creamy goat cheese. To drink, a refreshing Caribbean Ginger Fizz.

Guy Fieri cooks up a menu for fish fans, including a very special guest. First up, Shrimp and Mahi Mahi Ceviche, a light and refreshing starter. Then, Grilled Fish Tacos, piled up with crunchy red cabbage and cilantro-lime crema.

Guy Fieri has a cat in the bag -- Catfish, that is! Guy's baking Catfish Filets with peppers and onions inside individual parchment packets, yielding maximum flavor with minimum cleanup! Guy Fieri takes a walk down memory lane with fantastic Roasted Chicken Crepes, filled with melted monterey jack cheese and smothered in a white wine pan gravy. On the side, Potato Salad With Roasted Red Peppers in a white wine vinaigrette with scallions and parsley. This is your new go-to potato salad, guaranteed.

Craving Cuban
Guy Fieri's bringing his friends over for a Cuban feast, and the star of the table is a platter of Mojo Cuban Sandwiches, piled high with mojo-marinated roast pork, sliced ham, swiss cheese, pickles and dijon mustard. On the side, Caesar Salad With Homemade Croutons and Dressing made with eggs fresh from the coop in the backyard. To drink, Havana "Fresca" Mango Daiquiris, packed with fresh fruit.

Kentucky Klassics
Guy Fieri cooks up a tribute to his friends in Louisville, Ky. First, the Hot Brown: garlic sourdough toast piled up with turkey, bacon, tomato, and a cheddar-parmesan mornay sauce -- this is no finger sandwich. Up next, Baked Potato Soup, served fully loaded with all the fixin's. And to drink, a Lemongrass-Ginger Julep, a refreshing Guy spin on the famous Kentucky bourbon cocktail.

Dinner Bells
Guy Fieri makes turkey Stuffed Bell Peppers, filled with quinoa and kale, baked with a crunchy parmesan crust, and served with roasted tomatillo-avocado sauce. You're gonna want the whole batch to yourself, but save room for dessert, because Guy's got Churros hot out of the fryer, rolled in cinnamon-sugar and served with Mexican Chocolate Dipping Sauce.

Burgers 'n' Margs
Guy Fieri puts his spin on turkey burgers: with roasted chiles mixed into the grilled patties, sauteed onions, peppers and a layer of monterey jack cheese, all piled on toasted brioche buns... it is out of bounds! On the side, Crispy Fried Pickles: coated in panko breadcrumbs and served with homemade buttermilk dipping sauce. To wash it all down, a Roasted Jalapeno Margarita. A little spicy, a little sour, and extremely dynamite delicious.
