On the menu: Mexican Chile Pork Chops, served on a Grilled Green Chile Sauce and topped with Pico de Gallo. For a side, Guy puts a Mexican spin on slaw with his Chayote Slaw with Cumin and Lime.

The Ark
The Ark takes place 100 years in the future when planetary colonization missions have begun as a necessity to help secure the survival of the human race.
