Pizza, Pizza!
Fire up the ovens, it's pizza night at Guy's house! Not one but two flavor-packed pizzas hit the table tonight, with a bold, refreshing salad that never fails to please.

Hungry, Hungry, Hunter
Hunter's in the kitchen to help make his favorite meal, chicken parm! Guy's Slamma Jamma Parmigiana is flavorpacked and tender, served over penne rigate, a Fieri family favorite. On the side, Chop Chop salad tosses chunks of sourdough with creamy avocado and tangy goat cheese. For dessert, chewy Craisy Oatmeal Cookies finish off Hunter's feast.

Flash in the Pan
Guy's steaming a pot of his Monsoon Mussels, swimming in a spicy Asian white wine-curry broth. Sop up that delectable broth with grilled ciabatta slices or Guy's Asian Street Fries, equally delicious dunked in spicy soy-vinegar sauce. Creamy Flaming Panna Cotta with flambéed cherry sauce makes a dramatic finale.

Guido's Neato Panini
You've heard of deep-fried whole turkeys, but what about deep-fried turkey breasts wrapped in foil!? Guy's guest Pete shows how this crazy method gets perfectly juicy turkey meat to pile on his hot pressed panini. To go with that, Guy's own deep-fried meat-and-cheese affair: crispy Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls. To chase these wild creations, Guy shakes up the Turkey Chaser, a citrus-raspberry cocktail fizzing with crisp prosecco.

Air Fieri
Captain Guy's got a chicken recipe guaranteed to fly off your plate: his Pan-Seared Airline Breast is coated in paprikagarlic rub, then smothered in caramelized onion and leek pan sauce. Flying alongside is wingman Rice a Munee, blending rice and vermicelli with veggies in a white wine sauce. Flaky Strawberry Rhubarb Turnovers hover close behind.

The Thrill of the Grill
The sun's out and Guy's firing up the grill. Today it's Tandoori-style Yogurt Marinated Lamb Shoulder hitting the grates, with sweet grilled onions and crisp-tender green beans. His Spicy Chickpea Salad with tomatoes will heat up your taste buds, while a glass of green tea and rum-based Tea on the Green cools 'em right off.

Guido's Italian Table
Guy honors his Italian roots with a spread that'd make mama Fieri proud. With recipes for Bucatini A La Surf and Surf, tossed in spicy tomato sauce, Cauliflower Croquettes in tangy red pepper aioli, and h a zesty Italian Limoncello cocktail made with his pal Manny.

Guy's Backyard Steakhouse
Guy brings the steakhouse experience home with this do-it-yourself Dry-Aged Ribeye with spicy Horseradish Gremolata. For dessert, fudgy Conquistador Chocolate Chip Brownies.

Bringin' the Brunch
Guy brings the greatest biscuit of all time to brunch on Big Bite. His friend Sarah is over to make these giant Savory Meat Rolls, packed with pesto, cheese and lots of country sausage. If you have room, tuck into Guy's "Fieri-4" stuffed french toast.

Thai It You'll Like It
Guy loves his local Thai spot but today he's making a couple favorites at home. Thai Green Curry Chicken is creamy, aromatic, and as hot as you like it, served on a bed of fluffy Jasmine rice. Sweet Potato Shrimp Cakes are crunchy and addictive, perfectly washed down with citrusy a "Curry Up" cocktail.

It's Always Finer in Carolina
Guy Fieri and his buddy Wilson roast well-seasoned pork shoulder low and slow for tender Pulled Pork Sandwiches punched up with Wilson's Award-Winning Eastern Carolina Vinegar Sauce. Uber-cheesey mac 'n' cheese & crunchy horseradish-Dijon slaw complete the expert-approved spread.

There Will Be BBQ
Guy Fieri gives grilled chicken a flavor upgrade with his sweet-spicy mango barbecue sauce. Custardy corn pudding packs in fresh kernels and roasted poblanos, and is baked til bubbly under a blanket of flaky breadcrumbs. Plus a Mango Elixir.

Fab Crab
Guy Fieri loves seafood especially crab. Today he packs as much of the crustacean's sweet meat as possible into his tender Crab Burgers topped with creamy, mustard-spiced Celery Root Remoulade. Alongside, Ragin Cajun Onion Rings and a peachy Georgia's Delight cocktail.

Be Prouda Your Chowda
Guy's in his kitchen with Jay of from Diners Driveins and dives for Clam Chowder, Guy's Spicy Oyster Crackers and an arugula salad topped with garlic-marinated prosciutto-wrapped shrimp.

Perfect Pork fo' Sizzle
Guy's in the kitchen with a cravin' for Asian. Juicy marinated pork roast, smothered in a bold ginger-garlic gravy, is served on crackly sizzling rice cakes. Plus Sweet & Sour Cucumbers and Ginger "O" cocktail.

Nostalgic Nosh
Today Guy's rockin' the classics... in the kitchen! Tender seared scallops are a sweet contrast to bitter greens with smoky andouille. For a silky side, polenta enriched with vibrant green kale. Rum Pineapple Upside-Down Cake takes a throwback dessert to the next level.

Moroccan the Kazbah
Guy proves that his food is loud and fun - just like his personality. He makes mojito chicken, pepperoni lasagne, and a jambalaya sandwich.

Seafood Shack
Guy's catch of the day is a moist and flaky Striped Bass Sandwich, pan-fried with a scoop of zesty Chipotle-Lime Slaw. It comes with a heap of Sweet Potato Fries with Malt Vinegar and a happy hour special, Chipotle Margaritas.

Guy's Got Serious Chops
Guy doesn't mess around when it comes to his chops: today he's got a whole bone-in pork rack smothered in two kinds of mustard, rolled in bread crumbs, and roasted to juicy perfection. This centerpiece deserves two sides: a cool, crisp Green Bean, Walnut and Feta salad and a steaming pot of Adams Apple Mashed Potatoes, creamy and crunchy with chunks of fresh Granny Smiths. To drink, Lemonation Creation blends whiskey with fresh lemonade and a dash of sour apple schnapps for an extra tart bite.

The program received two Peabody Awards, two Grammy Awards, and several unwelcome shoulder massages. It won two Emmys for Outstanding Variety Series in 2013 and 2014, both of which appear to have been lost in the move. Colbert is pronounced koʊlˈbɛər, according to Wikipedia. His understudy is William Cavanaugh, who will be hosting The Late Show approximately one-third of the time. Good luck, Bill!
