As we all know, Guy's a Pal of Pork, and with this menu he's packin' the flavors that are on point! In the arsenal are Cherry Bomb Chops that attack the taste buds with some sweet, spicy, salty, and sour shrapnel of deliciousness, Hoppy Hush Puppies that hop on your taste buds, and a Roasted Mary with Hot Pickled Green Beans to wash it all down.

Spring Fling for Green
Spring is in the air, and Guy is expressing his poetic pizzazz with a springtime pesto, some peas, and...tequila! It's a perfectly roasted Arugula Pistachio Pesto Chicken, some spring satisfaction by way of Sunchoke and Split Pea Soup topped with Goat Cheese croutons, and a Strawberry and Tequila Granita that blurs the lines between dessert and drink. Margarita in dessert form, or dessert in margarita form? Who cares?

Guy's got dreams to remember, and since they're always about food, this one's a Midsummer Night's BBQ Dream he's made reality with a menu that's easy, and eclectic. Blackberry Jalapeno Glazed Pork Tenderloin, Summer Veggie Kabobs, and an Easy to Gobble Cobbler make up the perfect summer sit-down.

When Guy's dad comes over for dinner, Guy likes to serve simple favorites with a Big Bite twist. His Mean Green Turkey Machine is juicy and literally packed with flavor, while Confetti Mashed Potato Flautas are crunchy, creamy, cheesy flavor bombs sure to satisfy any Papa Bear-size appetite.
