The chefs must make their best dish using only ingredients that start with the letter S and it's not that simple! Next, they must prepare a lavish lunch that won't break their $10 budget. Then, the last two chefs standing must shop to make a comfort meal while trading carts in a chaotic game of Musical Carts.

Cruisin' Though the Express Lane
A flip of the coin determines how four chefs must make their best dish using only ingredients from the even-numbered aisles. Next, chefs get to show off their culinary muscles with an international dish featuring items from the store's sample tables. Finally, a dinner party plate sounds easy enough, until the chefs are forced to go through the express lane.

High-Steak Hijinks
There's nothing comforting about making a comfort meal with five ingredients, but that's what the chefs have to do. Then, they must make an upscale dinner using a grocery list that includes ketchup and pretzels! The final face-off is even more odd when chefs are asked to make a steak sandwich with no bread because they can't shop the odd aisles.

Young Guns Showdown
Four of the nation's best young gun chefs seek to make their mark in the market. First they have to make a fusion dish combining two cuisines not usually seen together. Next, these hot shots must make a daring dish following the dictates of rolled dice. The finale is easy as 1, 2, 3, when the two remaining chefs must prepare potatoes two ways, using ingredients from only three aisles.

Par for the Shoptacle Course
Four chefs enjoy an American food fest in Flavortown market. First, they must navigate a "shopstacle course" of boxes, unstocked items and shopping carts to make a burger and side featuring Guy Fieri's Red Light Special — dehydrated food! Next, the chefs must make an upscale dinner with a scaled down list of ingredients that start with the letter S. The final two chefs roll out their dish using the condiment and dairy items dictated by a roll of the dice.

Flippin' Out in the Kitchen
Four chefs kick off Guy Fieri's games by making a lavish Italian feast with only 4 pounds of ingredients. Next, the chefs flip out when they find they must turn the core ingredients of a Caesar salad into a breakfast dish! Then, the final two play the dreaded Food Wheel which forces them to prepare a meal combining salmon with ingredients from a single aisle.

Culinary Saved My Life
Four chefs who have overcome life's adversities by following their culinary dreams compete to become a Triple G winner. First, they toast their success with a celebratory dinner that incorporates Guy Fieri's red light special -- hot dogs. Next, the chefs must scale back their shopping lists to make their best pasta dish with less than 5 lbs. of ingredients. The final two make an inspired dinner using the random ingredients dictated by the Fieri Food Pyramid.

DDD Returns to GGG!
Guy Fieri's Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives buddies roll up to Guy's turf for a challenge of a lifetime. The chefs must first knock down crazy food pins to pick the ingredients to put between two buns! Next, they must make tacos after all the traditional taco ingredients are thrown out of the window in Un-Gredients. The final two chefs will go to their roots when Guy asks them to make a finer diner dinner using an item from both the high end and low-end food wheels.

When Guy Gives You Lemon Bars…
Four chefs tasked with making stir-fry using only ingredients from even-numbered aisles; lemon bar ingredients are used to make a dinner; collision of two international cuisines.

Turkey Day Tournament
Four chefs show their gratitude when Guy Fieri gives them an unbearable budget to make a Thanksgiving feast! Next, the chefs must turn the store's leftover pre-packaged holiday food items into an upscale dinner. The finalists must knock down food pins in a fall favorite edition of Grocery Bowl!

Blue Plate Blues
Four chefs compete to see if one roll, spin or outrageous game will make or break their dishes. First up, Guy Fieri's dice decide the details of their blue plate special. Next, the chefs put their spin on an Italian classic, using high-end and low-end ingredients determined by the Food Wheel. Finally, the chefs are ham-fisted by the restriction of making a pork dinner using one ingredient from each aisle.

An Offal Halloween
In a spook-tacular Halloween cook-off our chefs start out with some pumpkin bowling to determine the frightening ingredients in their daring dish. Next, competitors rummage through some creepy clearance carts to find ingredients to make a dish that won't make the judges' skin crawl. In the final round, chefs must use the red light special to make their best offal dish.
