Justin Warner creates a faux queso for his Tacos con Lengua and spices things up with Sichuan-Inspired Cabbage. Jonathan Waxman beer-braises a Lamb Shoulder with Onions and Turnips and brings this feast to its sweet end with his delicious Applesauce and Maple Cake.
