Gerry Garvin serves a simple yet luxurious Lobster Cocktail and jumps to dessert with his Southern Pound Cake. Aaron May builds a Cobb Salad in a Jar to pair with Tomato Sandwiches with Blue Cheese Mousse and his Radish and Cucumber Salad. Christian Petroni gets sweet on Sugar Snap Peas with Brown Butter and Horseradish and roasts some Asparagus with Parmesan, Breadcrumbs and Lemon.
