Then, international restaurateur Michael Mina makes Moroccan-style Roasted Salmon with Cucumbers, Labneh and Chermoula, and he caps off the meal with a mouthwatering panna cotta dessert, Marinated Melons with Rosewater Cream and Pistachio Streusel.
