It's time to find out if he's done enough to keep him in with a chance of a medal against some very strong competition. Meanwhile, Amelie is determined to show she's learnt from her fall back in Belgium. She is set to wow the crowd and see if she can do even better than the all-around silver medal she won last year. It's Phoebe's second only time at the British Championships, but she's also looking strong and rising to the challenge - and hoping for a place on the podium.
