Ebloui par la beauté de Léa, Aymé prolonge sciemment l'hospitalisation de sa petite amie, Sylvie, dont l'embonpoint peut difficilement rivaliser avec la sveltesse aérienne de Léa. Aymé parvient à ses fins. Les confidences de Léa lui laissent alors deviner que la belle ne rêve que d'enfants innombrables et de soirées somnolentes au coin du feu. Aymé ne voit plus qu'une seule solution : reconquérir Sylvie et provoquer ainsi la rupture avec Léa. De son côté, Sabri a un tout autre problème. Le nouveau médecin stagiaire dégage une haleine fétide et Sabri ne sait pas comment le lui faire comprendre...
