Jamel, déguisé en Père Noël, anime la crèche vivante de l'hôpital. Lorsqu'il comprend que Sabine, une jolie infirmière, croit vraiment qu'il est le Père Noël, il décide d'en profiter. Ce serait du tout cuit si, en cette période de fêtes, il y avait moins de Pères Noël dans les rues. Aymé craque pour une jeune patiente très catholique. Comme il veut en savoir plus, il demande à Sabri, prêtre pour l'occasion, de la confesser. Mais il se rend compte que ce curé-là n'a pas l'intention de rester chaste.
