Oliver returns from the dead with the help of an undercover KGB operative; and Stryker presses Luger to marry his daughter.

Rev. Billy Joe blackmails the President's accountant into creating a scandal that would cost Julia her job.

Oliver is pressed into service as a Soviet spy; and Lucy is hot to join a revolution south of the border.
