Episode 2

In Somerset, at Holiday Resort Unity's 220-acre site, an army of staff are working around the clock to make holiday memories happen. But sometimes, what happens on holiday is best forgotten. For 15-year-old guest George, his holiday has only just begun when a quick kick-about with his younger brother results in a dislocated knee and a very unwelcome trip to A&E, meaning the family's holiday might well be over before it's even begun.
Meanwhile, Head of Security Simon is indulging in his love of dogs by organising the park's very own version of Crufts.
Down in Cornwall, Tencreek Holiday Park is also gearing up for a competition, this time though it's the guests themselves who are competing. Matt and his team of yellow coats are on the hunt for the park's most talented performers, invited to battle it out to bag themselves a free holiday, but with so many talented singers, dancers and comedians in the mix, including last year's winner, who will come out on top is anyone's guess.
In Housekeeping, Assistant Manager Carrie has an irritating insect invasion on her hands, thanks to the rising summer heat. Elsewhere on the park, General Manager Rob is also worried about their vans, although this time the problem is more of an aromatic one…
