The realities of being a medical student deep in the heart of the Canadian Shield are much different than one would expect. Each doctor-to-be will be initiated with a hands on approach by saving injured hunters deep in the forest, diving 5000 feet into the earth to help an unconscious miner, and convincing a pregnant woman that riding an ATV is not the best way to induce labor. While facing some of the most outrageous medical situations of their lives, the wild ride will make them the best doctors they can be.
