Part 1

Intense training and dieting starts. Razor Ruddock is struggling and falls off the wagon on a family cruise. Meanwhile John Barnes decides the team need a bonding session so takes them off to record their version of World In Motion. Finally, an injury-ravaged squad play Crystal Palace Ladies - things start to look up but they've still got a long way to go.
