Matthew and Malia met in the military and immediately bonded over their mutual Hawaiian ancestry. Now, after years of married life in Georgia, the Givens have decided to relocate their family to Hawaii to reconnect with their heritage and pass it along to their three children. After connecting with Big Island agent Julie Edens, Matthew and Malia search for a home that fits the needs of their growing family as well as Matthew's desire to live near a golf course.

Helicopter pilot Julie Fung's high-flying job has taken her all over the US for work, but she's always wanted to fly the friendly skies above Hawaii. When a job opened up with a helicopter company on Oahu, she immediately applied and made the big move. Now she's finally ready to put down some roots on Oahu and buy her first condo with the help of Hawaii Life Agent Alison Wisnom. Julie's hopes are sky-high though and her lengthy wishlist does not match her tiny budget for a place in Honolulu, one of the most expensive cities in the world.

Jade and Jenny Rassmussen met in high school in Chico, California and spent years traveling the world together before having their daughter, Kiana. When they visited Hawaii, the importance of ohana, or family, really spoke to them, and they decided this was the spot they'd like to raise their young daughter. Hawaii Life agent Kristi Cotton hopes to find the Rassmussen's a home with enough space for their family to stay and visit from California, but most of all, a killer view of that famous Kona coastline.

Feena Dwiggins has spent the past few years traveling around the world as a fire control-man with the US Navy. And being from North Carolina, Feena can't live without her air conditioning! With her busy lifestyle, a condo is the perfect fit for Feena, because she'd rather spend her free time soaking up the sun than mowing the lawn. But after touring both homes and condos, Feena has to decide just how badly she wants to avoid doing yard work.

A couple is thrilled to ditch cold winters in North Dakota and follow her new job to Oahu. They search for a unique home with beautiful views.

Greg and Emily Bryan work with college students in the small city of Akron, Ohio and recently had the opportunity to relocate to a university on Oahu. Along with their two children, Nora and Burke, the Bryans are working with Oahu broker Erik Hinshaw to find their ideal island home that will allow them to take advantage of Hawaii's great outdoors. After seeing several homes in their price range, the Bryans must decide what hope will give them the best outdoor amenities and space for their dollar.

Richard and Tessa McSwain love the outdoors but hate the long, dark winters in Boulder, Colorado. After visiting Richard's mother in Kauai several years ago, the couple fell in love with the island and waited for the right opportunity to make their move. Recently, Richard was offered work as a general contractor, and Tessa convinced her bosses to let her work remotely from the island. With jobs secured, the McSwains are ready to trade skiing for surfing, and have enlisted the help of Hawaii Life Broker Glenn Forman to find the perfect house or condo for their new life. Tessa is looking for extra space for her home office, as well as an updated kitchen, while Richard wants the perfect outdoor entertaining space to enjoy the gorgeous Kauai weather. And their new home must be close to all the new activities the couple is eager to pick up in paradise.

As an Army engineer, Robin Glebes has been traveling around the South Pacific, while his wife Tirzah has been finishing her PhD in Colorado. Now that Robin has received orders to live in Hawaii and Tirzah has graduated, the two are ready to connect with Hawaii Life Broker Erik Hinshaw, who will help the Glebes find a Hawaii-style home with indoor space for guests and outdoor space for their little dog, Moki.

Danielle and Bryan Doo were born and raised on the island of Kauai. After going away for college, both returned to their home island to settle down. Along with their three children, Danielle, a nurse, and Bryan, a fireman, decided that now was the perfect time to find a home of their own. They are tired of living with a friend and not having a space to call their own. With the help of their friend and Hawaii Life Agent, Darian Peralta, the Doos hope to find a place all to themselves.

Felipe and Kelley are avid surfers and always knew Hawaii was a great place for them to put down roots. The Hannel's are drawn to Maui's warm water temperatures, great waves, and the laid-back lifestyle. The young couple is focusing their home search to Kihei, on the South Shore of Maui. Their dream is to find a three bedroom, single family home with privacy and outdoor living space for BBQ's and parties, but they are also open to Condo living. Hawaii Life Agent, Alex Abreu, knows he has a tough job ahead since there are limited single family homes available within the Hannel's budget.

Thom and Connie Antonopolous have been talking about moving to Hawaii for years. The couple honeymooned in Hawaii and have been vacationing on the island ever since with their children. The timing couldn't be anymore perfect to move as two of their kids are graduating high school and attending the University of Hawaii. The family is looking to downsize and move into a more manageable home with little maintenance. The non-negotiable item on Thom and Connie's list is a view. Hawaii Real Estate Broker, Susan Blaylock is confident that she can find the Antonopolous the perfect home for them to start their new adventures in Kauai.

Maui native Jeff Keyes loved growing up in Hawaii but moved to Oregon after college to experience snow for the first time. There he met and fell in love with Mindy Sue Werth, an artist, and realized how much he missed island living. Now, having found a job as a golf pro on the Big Island, Jeff has convinced his girlfriend to try living in the sunshine for a change. With the help of Hawaii Life Agent Jan Nores, the couple is looking to buy their first property together. Along with their own wants, their dog Tumi's needs are at the top of their wishlist- a yard to run around in. Hardwood floors for Tumi's paws, and enough space inside for Tumi to be comfortable.
