Dr. Finkelstein agrees to let Lola shoot a commercial with him and to both of their surprise, the exposure works. Willie Garson shows up unannounced so Dr. Goode tries some innovative therapy.

Pair of Hearts
Dr. Goode becomes alarmed with Alanis Morissette's anger issues so she gets help from Lola. Dr. Goode stands up Willie Garson again so Dr. Finkelstein steps in. Fred Willard seems confused.

Dr. Goode discovers her new boyfriend's true side and ends up in therapy with Alanis Morissette. Dr. Finkelstein receives bad news.
