A team of scientists are thrust into a potentially life-or-death situation after being deployed to the Arctic to secretly investigate what could be a disease outbreak.

Vector
Dr. Alan Farragut and his team work to treat the outbreak patients and contain the virus, while at the same time a rebellion erupts at the Arctic Biosystems base.

The team have every hope that the virus is contained, but unfortunately it continues to spread at an alarming rate; at the same time, some of the secrets the docs are keeping prove to be deadly.

Single Strand
Alan and the team deal with secrets and suspicion as the crisis heightens and deadly consequences follow. Meanwhile, Walker tries to survive on Level R.

The White Room
Members of the CDC team come to the realization that nobody is who they seem to be at the base.

Aniqatiga
Alan and Jordan make progress in decoding the virus; Hatake secretly "cures" Walker before the corporation's black helicopters land on the base.

Survivor Zero
Daniel makes a discovery; Hatake protects Walker from Sutton's mercenaries.

Bloodline
The vectors attack and take Peter's body; Walker is held prisoner by Sutton after the true nature of Sutton's relationship with Hatake is revealed.

Level X
Secrets come to the light and unlikely alliances are established; at the same time, Alan and Walker take on a dangerous mission to destroy what's left of the NARVIK virus.

Fushigi
Alan and Julia travel to an abandoned satellite station in a last-ditch effort to call for help. Once there, they come across the truth behind Hatake's plan and Julia's condition. Meanwhile, Dr. Jordan makes a startling discovery of her own, which could mean a cure for cancer.

Black Rain
Peter leads the Vectors in a desperate final attempt to spread the virus, while the CDC scientists work together and successfully create a cure just as their lives come under threat from Ilaria Corporation's deadly mercenaries.

The Reaping
Alan, Walker, Hatake and Daniel set a trap for an assassin who has been sent by Ilaria to retrieve both the virus and the cure.

Dans L'Ombre
In the Season 1 finale, Alan and Walker battle the Scythe to save the world from disaster.
