But when the pressure is on, both teams face setbacks as the stress cracks one wannabe chef for good while another gets pulled from the kitchen. Per Ramsay's request, the contestants learn that a good restaurant is not just about food but also about service, and they get a taste of what it's like to be a waiter at a restaurant. With Ramsay up in smoke, two are put on the chopping block and one is forced to leave.
