I denne episoden møter vi Karen Beate og sønnen Sander som bor på Byåsen i Trondheim. De har vært alene siden Sander var seks måneder gammel. Karen Beate er fotballtrener, oppmann og klassekontakt og gjør alt for at Sander ikke skal mangle noe, men med en hektisk timeplan blir maten nedprioritert. Den lille familien spiser kun det de selv kaller «p-mat», det vil si pølser, pasta, pizza, pommes frites og pannekaker. Karen Beate og Sander er store Rosenborg-fans og Hellstrøm kaller derfor inn forsterkninger fra RBKs kaptein Mikael Dorsin, og trønderlagets egen kokk for å inspirere mor og sønn til å ta seg tid til matlagingen. De får deretter en stor utfordring når de skal kokkelere for fotballheltene sine under oppsyn av Hellstrøm.
