The transformation of an Italian palazzo into a classy hotel starts to pay off. The owners of a Welsh hotel get some honest feedback from their guests, and a couple embark on a journey to turn some dilapidated houses in the Tuscan countryside into a diffused hotel complex.

Episode 4
Four friends take on the challenge of re-opening an abandoned hotel in France. In Italy, a pair of established hoteliers start building a new feature, and in Wales, an old country-estate-turned-hotel is teeming with guests.
