Princess Märtha Louise has put a very tough year behind her, and Harald wants to hear how she got through the difficult time. He has also put together a challenge worthy of a princess: They will try to set a world record in Norway's national sport - cross-country skiing.

Aksel Lund Svindal
Harald has always dreamed of playing an action hero in a Hollywood film, and takes Aksel on a breakneck stunt that involves jumping from a helicopter and climbing up the Hardanger Bridge.

Solveig Kloppen
Solveig has only had a driver's license for four years, but nevertheless joins Harald's challenge - a fierce jump with a rally car. The charging takes place at Solveig's cabin, and Harald has several surprises in store.

Harald visits all of Norway's pop twins, Marcus and Martinus, at home in Trofors, before they head for Numedalslågen and a spectacular rafting trip - in a wooden boat!

Harald begins to doubt whether he has taken it a little too hard when he and Else Kåss Furuseth try to balance on a beam sky high above the ground. Will Else's fear of heights take over?

Julie Bergan
Harald has always dreamed of mastering the sea, and will now try to sail from Julie Bergan's hometown, Skien, to Harald's hometown, Halden. The only problem is that none of them have sailed before.

Jan Thomas
Emotions are set in motion when Jan Thomas and Harald travel to Austevoll and follow in the footsteps of six-year-old Jan. And Harald fears that he has taken water over his head when the guys try to pull a 40-tonne jet.
