Rawi, a wealthy and arrogant prince, has no choice but to marry Phetphring. Refusing any physical relationship with her, she seeks intimacy outside the home and becomes pregnant. When Rawi learns of it, she's divorced and driven out of the palace. Phetphring isn't going to say goodbye to her luxurious lifestyle so easily, however, and she and her lover Mesa devise a plan to kill Rawi. When the fight comes to pass, Rawi grabs Mesa's necklace before falling into an abyss. He wakes up in a village under the care of Lukjan. Because he has amnesia, Lukjan names him Tawan.
