When a retiring co-worker tragically dies just after taking to Herman, Herman decides to make his mark in life.

Mr Bracken's daughter, Susan, comes to town. Herman falls in love.

Jay helps Herman buy a computer. Herman finds out it's stolen and tries to get it back to the owner.

Herman's writing hero, Russell Boswell, steals a ledger from a crooked politician and sets up Louise and Herman to take the fall.

Jay and Herman decide to become roommates. There's an office pool hiding how long this will last.

Mr. Brackman is offered another position requiring everyone to write an evaluation of him.

Jay and Herman go sky diving with Mr Crawford.

Herman dates a hot model, but his insecurities cause problems.

The Research Department attends a self awareness seminar held by the renown Dr. Holland on a nude beach in the Bahamas. Herman feigns interest in order to get close to the doctor but he struggles to keep up the charade.

To encourage Mr Brackman to quit smoking, Herman accepts his challenge to give up sugar.

Louise decides it's time to lose her virginity.

Mr. Bracken's wife kicks him out. Louise and Herman try to get them back together.

Herman is robbed so Mr. Crawford insists on getting him a gun.

Herman and Jay fight over a princess.

Herman's little sister comes to visit. She's not sweet little Suzie anymore.
