"Evos" and humans attempt to join together... but an act of terrorism kills thousands and sets humans against the superpowered among them. One year later, Noah Bennet is drawn back into the fray as a new breed of Heroes emerge.

Odessa
Noah bails Quentin out of jail to find out what he knows about the June 13 incident. Meanwhile, Joanne and Luke escape the cell that Tommy sent them to, Brad asks Tommy for a favor, and Miko meets her father in the VR realm.

Under the Mask
Noah accesses the security footage from a hospital after the June 13 explosion, and discover that Molly and an old friend were with him. Meanwhile, Molly is delivered to Midian, Erica premieres the EPIC program, and Ren helps Miko escape.

The Needs of the Many
Tommy teleports his injured mother to a hospital, but is forced to donate blood and risk exposure. Meanwhile, Noah and Quentin attempt to convince Taylor to help them, Miko and Ren travel to Midian, and Luke and Joanne have a parting of the ways.

The Lion's Den
The authorities take Tommy into custody and he learns about his true past. Meanwhile, Noah convinces Taylor to lure Erica out of Renautas so that they can question the CEO, Luke goes home, and Miko and Ren prepare to recover Miko's stolen sword.

Game Over
Noah and Quentin force Harris to take them into Renautas, and meet Miko and Ren who have had the same idea. Meanwhile, Malina rescues Luke, and Tommy takes Emily to Paris.

June 13th Part One
Hiro takes Noah back one year to try and stop the summit bombing, but they soon realize that anything they do to stop it will only make matters worse. Meanwhile, Noah discovers how Claire died and takes steps to ensure the future by having Hiro and Angela Petrelli travel into the past.

June 13th Part Two
Noah finds Hiro one year in the past... taking care of Claire's son. Meanwhile, Quentin saves Erica's life in return for a reunion with Phoebe... an action that will have terrible consequences in the present day.

Sundae, Bloody Sundae
While Dearing gets Carlos into Sunstone Manor, Luke and Malina continue traveling to Carbondale to find Malina's brother Tommy. Meanwhile, Noah discovers the truth about Quentin's allegiance, and Erica takes steps to ensure that the Renautas project stays on track.

11:53 to Odessa
Noah refuses to accept Luke's help and takes Malina to Odessa. Meanwhile, 7,957 years in the future, Miko finds her true self and speaks with her creator. Meanwhile, Erica convinces Tommy to reestablish the time bridge between Midian and Gateway.

Send in the Clones
After Noah disappears, Luke and Malina run into Quentin, Phoebe, and the Harris clones. Meanwhile, more clones try to retake Sunstone from Carlos and the others. In the future, Tommy and Miko compares notes, and Tommy sends Miko back to complete her mission.

Company Woman
Tommy finds out part of the truth about Erica's plan to save the chosen few of humanity rather than as many as she can. While he seeks out his sister, the various factions arrive in Odessa and their paths cross. Meanwhile, Erica considers her past while confronting her present.

Project Reborn
Tommy remains trapped in Evernow... unless Ren can free him. Meanwhile, Quentin must face his sister and make the ultimate choice, Luke takes extreme measures to stop the first solar flare, and Malina and Tommy discover the sacrifice that must be made to save the world.

The Ark
