Shiv - who is barely dragging himself through each day of his life, meets another set back when he encounters his past. Lakda - a detective with a sharp mind is offered a big assignment by the CEO of Dynopharm and Ghulam Bhai summons the local gangster Munna. Meanwhile, Ashima, an enthusiast news reporter spends her day in the shoot of "Mauth Ka Bathtub". How are all these people connected with each other?

Shiv has decided to seek treatment for his addiction and visits a rehabilitation centre, but stumbles upon Magic, literally. Magic - that will change his' and many other lives in a turn of events. Ashima gets a promotion but the media politics surround her with their air of secrecy and the air of grasp on her. Will this promotion take her higher or lower on the scale of success?

Shiv gets to know the big secret of the doctors at the rehab and tries to convince them to move forward. "Magic" begins its business adventure and DJ enters the not yet wrecked lives of everybody. While Lakda sees success on his assignment, Ashima is fighting with rejections and harsh realities. But now she has decided to bring a change. But how?

The business is slow and Munna is in trouble. But business for Shiv and the doctors is booming, but they too are up for a hit in their business. Lakda is put up on a new assignment by his boss, and he is on his quest after "Magic". Ashima too seems to have found some luck as she stumbles upon something that might bring her in the highlights.

Shiv tackles the business problem and gets his business sales back on track. Ashima's research also seems to be taking her forward, but Rana has his own gameplay to stop her. Situation between Munna and Ghulam Bhai gets worse, as after their meeting, Munna is found withering in pain. With a critical lead in the assignment, Lakda is up for some success.

Lakda is very close to discovering the makers of the drug "Magic" as now he has finally made his way in the pipeline of this drug. Jimmy makes his return and the first person he summons is Shiv, but he himself bumps into Munna. And a special guest pays a visit to Dr. G. M. Rao, the naxalite. How will Jimmy protect himself from Munna?

Munna goes on a rampage as he decides to set a trap for DJ, who has lured Shiv into one last magical trip, after which everything will be over. But in a turn of events, Shiv and the doctors are captivated as hostages. Ashima decides to go alone on the quest and Lakda suspects a stalker.

Life of everybody turns upside down as Ashima runs into deeper trouble with her secret assignment. Meanwhile Munna thinks he has triumphed, but Shiv and the doctors have an escape plan and Lakda's devious mind has built his road to victory.

Ashima as she gets deeper into trouble. Munna overpowers Ghulam Bhai and shows his evil intentions. Meanwhile, Shiv and the doctors bring into action their grand plan, and helping them is none other than Lakda. But...will their plan work? Is Lakda really helping them or is this a trap too? Who will turn out to be the winner?
