High Hopes is a workplace reality series following Belarus-born brothers Slava and Mishka, and their stoned crew through the trials and tribulations of taking their cannabis business to new heights. As one of the oldest cannabis dispensaries in Hollywood, MMD attracts a wild mix of weed-loving customers and is a home away from home for their OG employees who work hard and smoke harder!

Mishka and Slava plan to throw a surprise party for Uri, their oldest and most loyal employee… until he gets sent home from work for being too high. Meanwhile, the new guy, Freddie, does some product testing and Dani the troublemaker gets rehired.

We Can’t Be Costco?
Mishka and Slava share their plans to expand MMD by launching their own cannabis line. Jared wants a promotional jingle and Uri volunteers to design the logo. The brothers search for the perfect strain as Freddie makes an impression on Jared's wife.

Counterfeit Merch
Uri presents his logo only to find out that he has to make some waves. Meanwhile, Dani has plans to launch her own competing brand on 4/20 and Freddie tries his hand at standup comedy.

Weed Fairies
Mishka and Slava stress about money as expansion takes a toll. Ronnie tasks Morgan with employee evaluations and Uri trains Freddie on the finer points of delivering weed.

Stoner Olympics
Dani comes clean about launching her competing cannabis brand, Dani's Dank. Jared tries to impress the brothers with his social media content and Freddie and Uri create a stoner Olympics.

Four Twenty
Green Friday is here! It's the busiest day of the year at MMD and the launch of their new brand, Little Matron. Freddie's family visits LA and Dani revisits a classic look. Jared kills it and Uri tries a brand-new role. In the end, the smoke must go on.
