Something Wicked (1)
The Immortal Coltec is a Native American Hayoka—a shaman whose responsibility is to take evil into himself to protect his people. After the massacre of MacLeod's Indian family in 1872, Coltec saved MacLeod by taking in the evil and rage he felt. Since the death of his tribe, Coltec has become Hayoka to the world, protecting it from evil Immortals. But Coltec's capacity for evil isn't endless, and when he has killed one too many evil Immortals, he becomes the victim of a Dark Quickening. MacLeod must find a way to save Coltec without being drawn into the evil himself. But when MacLeod is forced to take his friend's head, he succumbs to the Dark Quickening himself. Then, Joe Dawson must stop him from taking Richie's head. Later, MacLeod boards a cargo ship heading for France.

Deliverance (2)
Still under the influence of the Dark Quickening, MacLeod arrives in France and starts sowing havoc, leaving a trail of hate and destruction in his wake. In a flashback to 1917 France, Duncan is an ambulance driver, and his Immortal friend, Sean Burns, psychoanalyzes the battle-fatigue victims, discussing his calling with MacLeod. Meanwhile, both Methos and Sean Burns try to reach MacLeod. Methos despairs that he might have to fight his friend if he cannot reach him, but with Burns' unexpected influence, he has someone who might be able to break through. Methos finds MacLeod and discovers just how evil he has become when he tries to take Methos' head on holy ground. After MacLeod kills his good friend Sean, Methos realizes that the only way to save MacLeod may be to kill him.

Promises
In 1755, MacLeod made a promise in order to save the life of a young friend. It comes back to haunt him when Kassim, the Immortal to whom he made the promise, demands that MacLeod assassinate Hamad, the tyrannical dictator of a small Middle Eastern country. When his refusal results in a good man's death and puts Rachel MacLeod's life in jeopardy, MacLeod is torn between doing what he believes is right and keeping his promise.

Methuselah's Gift
Someone is again searching for the shards of the Methuselah Stone, once sought by the dangerous immortal, Luther. The Stone is a mystic talisman rumored to make a mortal immortal and an immortal invincible. When masked thugs try to take Amanda's head in her sleep and steal the crystal given to her long ago by Rebecca, Amanda and MacLeod investigate. They discover that the crystal may be part of the Methuselah Stone, and that the person willing to kill Amanda to get it may be-- Methos?

The Immortal Cimoli

Through A Glass, Darkly

Realizing that an Immortal who won't remember what he is is soon a dead Immortal, MacLeod tries to help Warren by reminding him of the history they shared together, of their battles for Scotland's freedom, and of their mission to return Bonnie Prince Charlie to the throne. But MacLeod might have helped his friend more by letting the past stay buried.

Double Jeopardy

Till Death

MacLeod decides it's up to him to reunite the once-happy couple, and he enlists a very unwilling accomplice in his cunning plan - Methos.
