Presenter Arie Boomsma visits Freddie's family. Freddie is just a night away from his operation to remove his boobs, Arie wants to know what kind of impact this will be for his family? Bo is finally 18 years old and is eager to hear whether he is allowed to consume female hormones from his doctor.

Freddie completed her boobs removal operation and is finally able to swim with a half naked body. Freddie goes on holiday together with his good friend Mick.

Martin has been greenlighted to start using male hormones and Arjon is looking to his old pictures together with his mother and stephfather when he used to be a girl, a confrontation with a difficult time of his life.

Arie Boomsma followed six young transgenders in their life over a period of one and a half year. He organized a reunion for all six people to meet with each other to look back and discuss their time about this period of time and to talk about their future.

Mick and Freddie both performed their last operations and are fully completed in their transitions. Bo has been granted permission after a long period of waiting to start using female hormones and Martin is using male hormones. Will he have a mustache already?
