Multi-Platinum Property
Nathan Morris, founding member of the Grammy-winning group Boyz II Men, has made his mark on the music business, and now he's setting his sights on real estate. His latest endeavor is his biggest -- and riskiest -- project to date. Together with contractor Bryant Gipson, Nathan's attempting to turn a neglected country club mansion outside Orlando into a magnificent, modern estate worth over $3 million. They begin by tackling the kitchen, great room and breakfast nook, but a water leak right out of the gate means that getting to the end of the road won't be a walk in the park.

Tale of Two Masters
With the kitchen and great room fully remodeled, Nathan Morris' Orlando mansion project is well on its way to becoming a hit property, but the work is far from finished. In order to get top dollar, this house will need not one but two luxurious master suites. Nathan and his partner, contractor Bryant Gipson, get to work expanding the footprint of the downstairs master while converting an ugly upstairs bedroom into a spacious second master. However, costly design changes and mislaid tile threaten to push the project into the red.

Hurricanes and Hot Tubs
Having finished most of the Orlando mansion's interior, Nathan Morris shifts his attention to the backyard, where indoor-outdoor living is key. He has a bold vision to beautify the entertainment room, upgrade the outdoor kitchen and overhaul the pool with resort amenities including fiber-optic lighting that will shine like stars. Unfortunately, a hurricane barreling toward Orlando is derailing his progress and putting the entire project at risk.

End of the Road
With most of their Orlando mansion renovation behind them, it's time for Nathan Morris and contractor Bryant Gipson to give the house some much-needed curb appeal and an entryway befitting its multi-million-dollar price tag. After weathering a catastrophic leak and a category 2 hurricane, the team thinks they're in the clear ... until the local wildlife takes a bite out of the budget. Despite this setback, Nathan remains determined to add a few final, Nate-a-cized finishes to push this hit property to the top of the charts.
