Cleaners Caz and Tee help Great Yarmouth woman Esther, who is under threat of eviction if she does not clear out her home. But they have only three days to do it. Emotional trauma is at the root of Nigel's problem and he receives a visit from fellow hoarder Janice, who makes him see the situation is totally out of control.

Britain's Biggest Hoard
Deep-cleaning expert George and his team face one of their toughest assignments yet - a house in Crosby, Merseyside that is almost literally bursting at the seams with clutter. Owner Paul has decided enough is enough, and he wants to sell his house and hoard to fund his retirement. But the property is infested with vermin and the kitchen a biohazard, so it is not going to be an easy sell in its current state.
