Live from the Old Fruitmarket in Glasgow, Jackie is joined by Scottish singer-songwriter Amy Macdonald, Live Act of the Year at the 2015 Scots Trad Music Awards RURA, Hue and Cry - who play some of their classic tracks - and firm favourites Phil Cunningham and Aly Bain.
And live from Edinburgh - and one of the best street parties in the world - Carol Kirkwood mingles with revellers and introduces extra special coverage of Edinburgh's spectacular midnight fireworks.
