After Mike tours the family's favorite homes with Ambera and Rhanee, the women share all the info with Clayton so the trio can make a smart buy.

Off the Ranch in Colorado
Colorado newlyweds Jennifer and Matt live on a ranch in Boulder, but the ranch belongs to Jennifer's grandfather and it's time for the young couple to find their own home. After choosing possible houses in the Denver region, they tour the structures with Mike, who shows them how to tell whether a home is a good buy or if it's a house that deserves a "goodbye".

They've been shopping for a long time and have seen over 100 houses, but they either lose in the bidding process or feel the homes aren't solid enough for their future plans.
