Old is New Again

Three years later, they're encountering one problem after another, but they're most concerned someone is going to fall through their spongy and sinking family room floor. Mike and his kids step in and work to make the space safe again.

Nightmares and Dreams
After three brain surgeries, a marathon runner purchased a home and dreamed of designing the perfect kitchen. She hired a contractor that was unqualified for the job and ended up compromising the home's structure. Now, it's up to Mike and his kids to make things right and restore her peace of mind.
