Episode 1
This series begins at Croke Park. the only stadium in the world to have its own farm where turf is grown for the famous pitch. Colm O'Driscoll visits the farm in North Co. Dublin.

Episode 2
Colm O' Driscoll visits Flynn Tomatoes in Swords to see a 3rd-generation grower's latest technology. Kitty Scully is in Clare to see the work of the Irish Seeds Savers Association.

Episode 3
This week Kitty Scully heads to Enrich in Kilcock in Co Meath where she sees how compost is made from waste products. Colm O'Driscoll is also in Meath at Summerhill Lawns in Trim.

Episode 4
Home Grown celebrates the great Irish potato as Colm starts this programme with a visit to specialist farmer David Loughran from Louth.

Episode 5
This year's Rare and Special Plant Fair took place in Fota House and Gardens, Co Cork, and Kitty Scully visited the Fair to meet some of the nurserymen and women.

Episode 6
This week Kitty Scully visits Bloom, Ireland's largest food, drink and horticulture festival, and discovers what's on offer to the newest generation of garden enthusiasts.

Episode 7
In this final programme Kitty travels to Clonakilty to meet Réidín Beattie who grows and dries her own plants and uses them to make skincare products.
