Last orders have long been served, but can the new owner breath new life into the building as an HMO? Dion also visits the Merseyside town of Wallasey to see a three-bed mid-terrace in need of light refurbishment to get it back on the rental market.

We return to a former care home in Ilkeston, Derbyshire that Martin first visited in 2019. Have the new owners managed to create the 'mega HMO' they were hoping to?
